Detailed Floor Plans

We will create detailed floor plans of your building so you can see all of the important dimensions. This can help with build outs, furniture planning or marketing documents.

Point Cloud Data

LIDAR scanning allows us to create a “digital twin” of your building. This is called a point cloud and it allows detailed measuring of your building and creation of CAD files.

Square Footage Calculations

We utilize LIDAR scanning equipment to precisely measure your building and help you understand the building’s usable and rentable square footage.

Do you come out to the property to measure?

Yes! Once we schedule an appointment we will come out to the building and measure it using LIDAR scanning.

How much does the service cost?

We offer different packages with varying prices. But generally we charge a base price plus a charge per sqft. 

What is the turnaround time?

This depends on the package selected and size of the project but typically we can have proofs ready in a week. 

How do you determine square footage?

We follow guidelines set forth by the Building Owners and Managers Association or “BOMA” for short. 

How far will you travel for a project?

We located in the Tampa Bay area but we can travel pretty much anywhere within Florida. Reach out for an estimate!

How accurate are the floor plans?

The LIDAR scanner we use is accurate to within centimeters. We take pride in precision and accuracy.
